The classes will cover the basics of Kickboxing and Boxing techniques. Including Boxing, Kicks, Stretching Routine and more...!

Mr. Davis' classes focus on the basic fundamentals of Kickboxing as well as gets one in top condition for fun or competition. Davis is known for his enthusiastic and motivating teaching style and makes sure those who attend his classes leave with valuable tools that enhances their over all physical and mental health.

Johnny Davis' Art of Kickboxing Promotions company offers classes in the Rocklin, CA, USA area. The classes will not only include Kickboxing but also his Kickbox-A-Robics Program and his Fitness Walk... the Walk-A-Bout Program©. His exciting programs combines the techniques of Kickboxing with the hottest aerobic music to give some of the most invigorating workouts on the market!
Johnny's taught his Kickbox-A-Robics Program© for a successful four years in the Eastern Bay Area (San Jose, Sunnyvale and Palo Alto, California, USA) at 24 Hour Fitness, where he enjoyed a full house of eager participants nightly! He was also featured in the national magazine Cross Trainer in May 1994 for his program. Davis believes that his outgoing and aggressive personality makes his classes successful. He also recognizes that his extensive training in the sport gives his classes noticeable distinction!
