Congrats to Jesse Cervantes of Rocklin for his 2nd 1st plan win in a row in IKF Point Muay Thai Kickboxing.  The event was held in Ripon, CA May 21st, 2011 (Pictured Left)

(Pictured R) Rocklin's 14 year old Jesse Cervantes continues to rack up the awards.  July 9th he won yet another first place trophy while competing in semi contact IKF in Salida, CA.  He competing it the boys 13 and 14 year old division in Muay Thai Kickboxing.  He's seen here ( R) with classmates and purple belt Logan O'Brien and blue belt Johna Davis both of Rocklin.

NEW IKF CA Champion Daniel "Hitman" Hodges of Rocklin Kickboxing and Boxing Club met some of his fans at Strikes Bowing Center for a post fight celebration.  Hodges won his Kickboxing title Oct. 8th, 2010 at the Doubletree Hotel against top contender Gaston Balonas of Dublin, CA.  The fight was the most entertaining of the 15 bout card that had a packed house on their feet!  Congrats! ( Right) Hodges signs autograph for some of his fans entering the facility.

Congrats! New Belt Promotions!

8/30/2010  - Congrats to Kristin and Jessica Girga of Rocklin who received their yellow belts. Seven year old Johna Davis received her green belt while Rich Davis received his overdue brown belt.  All students are required to not only learn the sport of kickboxing but also always practice discipline, respect and have confidence in themselves.

Winners!

Congrat's to competitors who entered and won in an IKF Point Kickboxing Tournament held in Fairfield, CA on August 14, 2010.  14 year old Brigham Gallacher of Granite Bay (L) won 2nd place in his division, 14 year old Steven Savage of Loomis ( R) took 3rd place and 13 year old female (C) Jackie Windeshausen of Loomis, CA took first place. Participants use their kickboxing techniques and the one earning the most points win in this semi contact competition.  The action is intense, safe and lots of fun.  Winners from this event received 3 inch gold, silver and bronze medals.  More information on IKF Point Kickboxing at www.IKFPKB.com

4/16/10- Recently, some members from the Rocklin Kickboxing and  Boxing Club came together for a night of pizza and games at The Pizza and Pasta Place located at Stanford Ranch and Park in Rocklin.  The RKB does occasional outings to get to know its members and family better as well as promote family values. Jesse Cervantes and Jackson Stanwick both of Rocklin, CA received their Green Belts in Kickboxing from Chief Instructor and two time world kickboxing champion Johnny Davis.  Logan O'Brien of Rocklin, CA (below) also received his Green Belt.  All three have been with the Rocklin Kickboxing and Boxing Club for over a year and have shown tremendous advancement in their skills.  Moreover, they are very respectful and love the sport of kickboxing.
