IKF - PKB "GENERAL" EVENT SANCTIONING FEES
This Fee Must Be Paid
FIRST To have your event Listed on the
Upcoming Events Page. Your Title Sanction Fees, If any, can be paid by the time
lines listed below. - Please See BOTTOM of This PAGE
for Late Payment Penalty Fees - The
General Event Sanctioning Fee is the
minimum fee paid by all Promoters to Officially register their EVENT as an
officially sanctioned
IKF Event. This payment "ALSO"
includes the registering of all fighters on the promoters event into the
official
IKF Rankings both Pro and Amateurs.
If the Promoter wishes to have TITLE BOUTS
on their event, the additional fees to Officially Sanction those TITLE BOUTS
with the IKF can be found below.

In Addition To The Above Fees: Plus your Event Rep Fee of $50 To your
IKF Rep Upon Arrival At Your Event.
DEADLINE PENALTIES OF
REGULAR FEE Promoters
who do not pay their Sanctioning Fees a minimum 30 days prior to their
event will enter into a Penalty Time Bracket Starting with the 25th
Day Prior to their event and continuing with 24 days prior, 26 days prior
etc. they will be charged an additional 5% PER DAY of their total
sanctioning fees up until 15 days prior to their event. If no fee has
been paid by the 15th day prior to their event, the IKF will NOT Sanction
the event. EXCEPTION;
FIRST TIME IKF Promoters who wish
to sanction with the IKF and who just
discovered the IKF inside 30 days prior to
their event will not be charged the "Regular Fee" Rate or the "5%
Per Day Penalty Time Bracket". These promoters will be offered the 20%
discounted rate up until 10 days of their event. If no sanctioning fees
have been paid by the 9th day prior to the event, the IKF will NOT Sanction the event.

Requirements For IKF Sanction
- Approval of the IKF Headquarters for
you to host an Officially Sanctioned IKF
Event.
- All sanctioning fees must be paid in full to the IKF
Office, before an event can be advertised as an
IKF sanctioned event.
- For the least expensive price for your event sanctioning fees, we suggest
that you pay your fees a minimum 45 days prior to your scheduled event.
This will assure you a 50% Discount off the regular sanctioning fee for
your event and requested title bout fees.
- Between 44 and 30 days prior to your scheduled event, your fees
will go up, but you will still receive a 25% Discount off the regular
sanctioning fee for your event and requested title bout fees.
- If your sanctioning fees are not received by the IKF
office within 29 days prior to your scheduled event, you will be
required to pay the Full Regular Sanctioning Fee as listed with no pre
pay discount.
- If fees are not received within 10 days prior to your event, your
event will not be sanctioned by the IKF.
(HOWEVER)
Sometimes, late sanctioning agreements are made and sanctioning is
confirmed after fees have been paid under the 10 day limit. Fee discounts can
also vary with first time IKF promoters
scheduling with the IKF inside the payment
discount deadlines.

- In addition to the general event expenses, Promotional, sanctioning,
purses, venue etc, the event promoter will pay all Officials expenses as well.
ADVERTISING OF AN
IKF SANCTIONED EVENT
"ALL" IKF
Sanctioned Event Advertisements must be Pre-Approved
by the IKF unless the IKF has waived such requirements in "WRITING"
to the Event Promoter.
All IKF Event
Advertisement must be presented as follows;
- ALL "WRITTEN"
Event Promotional Advertisements (e.g., Posters, Fliers, Hand Outs, Programs,
etc.) must have the Following on ALL OF THEM;
- The Title: IKF KICKBOXING.
- The Official IKF "LOGO" shown at right or Found
HERE.
- The IKF Web Site Address Listed as:
www.IKFKickboxing.com
- ALL Publicized IKF Sanctioned titles
must be announced as IKF Titles to avoid
confusion of a title of lesser credibility from another smaller or less credible
organization.
- ALL "VOICE" Advertisement
Announcements (Radio Commercials or Any Audio Announcements etc.) must
contain;
- The phrase "Sanctioned by the IKF."
and or " IKF Kickboxing"
- ALL Publicized IKF Sanctioned titles
must be announced as IKF Titles to avoid
confusion of a title of lesser credibility from another smaller or less credible
organization.
- All VIDEO and or
TV Advertisements or production of an IKF Sanctioned Event must have;
- "This is an IKF Sanctioned
Event" or "Sanctioned by The IKF"
or " IKF Kickboxing" Mentioned
on them.
- ALL Announced IKF Sanctioned titles
must be announced as an IKF Title.
PRODUCTION RIGHTS
- The IKF has authorization to use
ANY video, TV or film of ANY & ALL IKF Sanctioned events for promotional or
instructional purposes. Portions of ANY & ALL bouts may be used in
ANY and ALL IKF instructional or
documentary tapes that may be sold to the public. Any desires to profit from a
FULL BOUT or ENTIRE EVENT by the IKF
will be negotiated in a separate contract.
Event
Requirements For IKF Promoter
- Promoter shall provide fighting gloves for each fighter. 16 ounce, velcro
strap closure gloves are recommended. Please have at least 3 sets (6 pair) "PER
FIGHTING RING" you plan to have going at your tournament. This will prevent
long waits between bouts for gloving up.
- Gloves must be approved by the IKF representative at the event. If you do not
have gloves, or need gloves, Ask the
IKF Headquarters to rent them for your
event. PKB Glove Rental, if needed, is $10 per pair.
- Gloves shall be whole, clean, in sanitary condition and subject to
inspection by the referee or the IKF
representative at the event. Any gloves found to be unfit shall be immediately
discarded and replaced with gloves meeting the above requirements.
- Ring Announcer
- Title belts (If titles) and other awards.
- Event security.
- All additional needs to support an event, venue, fighters, hotel rooms etc.
Contact the IKF if these areas are
unclear.
- At the end of your event, please be sure to pay all your officials and IKF Event Representative. Pay everyone their wage
for working your event and any travel fees they may have (Gas, food, hotel etc.)
unless you have volunteer help.
PLEASE DO NOT Force your Officials to sit
around and WAIT for you to pay them or for them to approach you to be paid. No
one likes to ask for their money. BE RESPONSIBLE
and PROFESSIONAL and make sure you pay your
officials IMMEDIATELY after your event. They
worked hard to make your event possible. Thank
