  • If fees are not received within 10 days prior to your event, your event will not be sanctioned by the IKF. (HOWEVER) Sometimes, late sanctioning agreements are made and sanctioning is confirmed after fees have been paid under the 10 day limit. Fee discounts can also vary with first time IKF promoters scheduling with the IKF inside the payment discount deadlines.

Event Requirements For IKF Promoter

  1. Promoter shall provide fighting gloves for each fighter. 16 ounce, velcro strap closure gloves are recommended. Please have at least 3 sets (6 pair) "PER FIGHTING RING" you plan to have going at your tournament. This will prevent long waits between bouts for gloving up.

  3. Gloves shall be whole, clean, in sanitary condition and subject to inspection by the referee or the IKF representative at the event. Any gloves found to be unfit shall be immediately discarded and replaced with gloves meeting the above requirements.
  4. Ring Announcer
  5. Title belts (If titles) and other awards.
  6. Event security.
  7. All additional needs to support an event, venue, fighters, hotel rooms etc. Contact the IKF if these areas are unclear.

PLEASE DO NOT
Force your Officials to sit around and WAIT for you to pay them or for them to approach you to be paid. No one likes to ask for their money. BE RESPONSIBLE and PROFESSIONAL and make sure you pay your officials IMMEDIATELY after your event. They worked hard to make your event possible.
Thank You.
